Mhmm, where should I start? First, I have stayed at this hotel at two separate occasions. In both occasions I have had some good and bad experiences. Their breakfast is below average, and not worth the price if I’m being honest. Their rooms are nice, but something always seems to be broken. Last visit there was a water leakage in the bathroom, but to be honest I did not even bother to report it or complain about it. Finally, their beds are the worst!!! I imagine for some people it might be the best, but not for me. I literally kept waking up from back and neck pain.

The room was for accessibility not late check out not a minute extra, although I am a member I have arrived late at night around 11 pm and no food at all

Nice location and hotel. But the service quality is very poor. Very slow response to room services. Restaurant does not have much varieties.
