We had a very nice service from Mr. Elias. He is very gentle and perfect person. Food was awesome and environment is very cool. We are very much thankful to Management and Mr. Elias for giving us such service and Iftaar.

I came to try the Iftar (Amasy), this is my second visit. My first visit was so perfect and above all expectations, especially the Koshary and Shawarma there was an iconic dishes. However, the second visit wasn’t as I was expecting particularly that I invited some guests with me and I was hoping to get the same food quality and service. The food was missing many dishes and cousins, am not thinking of repeating the experience again.

A very good hotel, clean and classy. Good amenities and friendly staff. I enjoyed the food as well. I specifically valued the effort the hotel made to accommodate non-muslims in the month of Ramadan. They made every effort to provide full catering, while complying with Ramadan requirements. I will surely be back.

I tried the lunch in the restaurant it was good and the service was amazing specially ob gey his name is Elias he is kind, servant and the most thing I likes that he is serving whit a beautiful smile on his face all the time. Thank you Elias and thanks for all the service team in holiday inn hotel 🙏🏼
