Grand Plaza Al Nuzha

Only good thing is very near to masjid al nabwi, otherwise hotel inner service and interior of room is very poor. Service maintenance team is very bad and not experience to deliver the quality. Receptionist are very kind.

Worst experience ever in grand plaza badr al maqam branch. Room had no hot water and when complained to the staff they said the entire floor didn't have hot water. We requested to change rooms and then they said the entire hotel doesn't have hot water ?! Cleaning staff is untrained they walked in our room without pur permission using their master card despite knowing the room is in use . His excuse was that he knocked ones and we didn't reply so he opened. He also kept staring at the women when the walk thru the floor alone . The lift takes hours to come esp to top floors which should be the priority and not the down floors All the furniture was half broken. The bed was already swinging the sockets didn't work no exhaust in washrooms. Overall the worst experience we've ever had ..would've given -1 star

worst hotel in that area, very low cleanliness, uncooperative staff, have wait for lift for an hours over crowed. useless reception. if your spending money dont use this hotel.
