The best part about my stay was the hospitality shown by all of the staff and the food service manager, (Abdul, I think) who was acting as manager during my stay. Part of my stay was toward the end of Eid, so they had Arabic coffee and little cookies and dates upon entering, and also these were delivered to my room along with fruit. The front desk was very helpful in ordering me Uber and advising me on my options since many places were closed for the holiday. There was a little cafe area with espresso drinks and there was a full spread for breakfast that was hot and fresh with a wide variety including omelettes and waffles. The room was attractive and clean and quiet; and there was a small gym upstairs.. I liked the staff so much I was sorry to leave, and I wish this place was near me so I could go every now and then for a break. If I am in Riyadh again, I will stay here.

Slow service Broken child beds Limited breakfast varieties ( they did not tell us about the grill section) The room door kept squeaking I wouldn’t choose it next time

This is my 5th stay within the past 4 months. Very welcoming and friendly staffs. Room space, services, breakfast are amazing and you would absolutely enjoy the stay. Highly recommend hotel while you are in Riyadh. A big thanks to Ayman who made sure I’m having a comfort stay.
