Absolutely in love with this particular hotel. It's adjacent to Tahlia one of the main characteristic main street in Jeddah where you can find lots of luxurious restaurants, fancy stores, etc. incredible location. The facility offers various services and activities near the hotel. The room is spacious and clean as it was brand new hotel. The staff are utterly delighted and helpful. This hotel deserves every penny spent on it.

Very Bad, staff are unfriendly, we requested a double bed, which was what we booked for and they refused to make the change. After the manager got involved, they gave us a room meant for people with disabilities. There was also very load music playing and could be heard throughout the floor very late at night, which made it hard to sleep.
