Very Bad, staff are unfriendly, we requested a double bed, which was what we booked for and they refused to make the change. After the manager got involved, they gave us a room meant for people with disabilities. There was also very load music playing and could be heard throughout the floor very late at night, which made it hard to sleep.

The hotel advertises sleeping for 4 on a king bed along with a sofa bed. They do not have these accomodations, just a warning to future families wanting to stay at this location. I came to their accomodations from the airport due to this misinformation. In my opinion this is very misleading and bad business practice. Also they have tile grading issues which causes water to sit idle in the bathroom, the response to the complaint was not resolved in a remotely reasonable timeframe and made the toilets unusable. On the positive the rooms are clean and overall the service folks are polite.
