The comfort and cleanliness of the room was very good. When you have a problem or request, they have staff who provide immediate solutions and help. The only thing I would suggest would be a daily check of room supplies (soap, shampoo, towels, water, coffee, etc.).

Very very bad experience .. expensive for the quality and services provided.not to mention the smoking smell got to the room where we stayed .. it was not healthy environment for us especially for kids… I give their breakfast half star .. we went to eat at 8:30 and it was cold and limited choices.. it needs improvement and if they can prevent smokers from smoking inside the rooms to prevent health issues for non smokers

I have one complaint…During my stay, I had to extend my stay. The hotel staff called me, and I told them that I would extend my stay and now I am out for work once I reach the hotel I will pay…. Unfortunately, every 15 minutes, my wife in the room kept receiving calls from the hotel. They were all so frequent that I transferred money to my wife's Stc pay account and she had to go to the counter and pay. They did not wait for 3 hours.

One of the beautiful hotels in Buraidah. Only elevators are small and slow. Has open parking beside. No closed parking.
