Ewaa Express Hotel - Buraydah

Had a great stay here for several days. Their resto is open for breakfast so that's a plus. The rooms are very nice! They also have open amenities so that's good too. And the service was impeccable as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Checked in today, booked a suite, sofas were stained and dirty. Room was very narrow. Paid extra to move to a deluxe suite, then found hair everywhere in the bathroom and again carpet is stained and crumbs on the floor , the cups had spoons that had coffee from previous customers still in them. We asked for housekeeping to clean, went out for 2hrs and came back and only the spoons were changed. Very disappointing service. I wished I wasn't fooled by the reviews on booking.com

Good for a quick sleep night, children friendly, and convenient place. Nice staff and caring administration.

Its nice hotel but breakfast is not good veritas. Even in Wash room once taking the shower the water split the whole wash room ,take wash room is very sleepy with sleeper.

This hotel is nice and clean. All the staff was nice and helpful. It's across the street from Dr. Sulaiman Habib hospital, which is why I stayed there. It's also a short drive from the mall and restaurants. Although the hotel is nice and clean, there are a couple of draw backs for me. Understandable we're in covid-19 times, so dining has to be with caution. Nevertheless, the breakfast was not up to standard. Not many items worth getting up early for. The bathroom had that sewer smell that many furnished hotels are plagued with. Last but not least, I didn't realize until we were checking out that we had paid a damage deposit!? What the heck! Who does that now days?! I mean, I've never paid a damage deposit in any hotel. Here or in America, until now. Although it was refunded, I don't like anyone holding my money ?
