The worst experience ever.. No towels.. No phone.. No hot water in my room

Not as expected

The star is for the privileged location of the hotel. Even the parking spaces are very tight. Room service. We call almost more than three times to ask for the same thing. Towels they were not provided in our suite. When we called to ask, they said that they are in the laundry. The first thing they expect, they will send them or not. We left. The rooms are clean. It's a pity. The carpets are all stained. The carpet is right to pray. I think that the hotel was founded, it was not washed. It is unfortunate that the hotel can offer the best it has the ingredients for success, but they neglected it very much, and the TV was ruined.
