The star is for the privileged location of the hotel. Even the parking spaces are very tight. Room service. We call almost more than three times to ask for the same thing. Towels they were not provided in our suite. When we called to ask, they said that they are in the laundry. The first thing they expect, they will send them or not. We left. The rooms are clean. It's a pity. The carpets are all stained. The carpet is right to pray. I think that the hotel was founded, it was not washed. It is unfortunate that the hotel can offer the best it has the ingredients for success, but they neglected it very much, and the TV was ruined. When we spoke to them, they said that Hanover had a second TV, and they did not provide it, and the worst thing is that the alarm bell suddenly works in the middle of the night, and when we asked them, they said it is suspended, very unfortunate ?❌❌

- The hotel that distinguished for me is its excellent location from most of my trips to the waterfront tourist parks and others..etc.
- The hotel needs more attention regarding the cleanliness and arrangement of the rooms.
(The smell of perfume is annoying)
- Insulation is very bad for people who do not like to hear sound during sleep like me (from cars because it is in a crowded place and birds as well)
- During departure, he was late in unpacking the luggage. He was late about 45 minutes.
