Allahumdulilah what lovely accommodating staff. Clean rooms. And fab breakfast. Couldn’t complain at all. The service was perfect ????

There are no words to express how good this hotel was and how good the stay was. Didn't want to leave a single second the whole time. The rooms, the food, everything was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel

It was pretty good stay for me. I liked dinner and breakfast. They were very good for my liking. Staff is always helpful and smiling. I especially want to thank to my brothers Tawfik at restaurant, Bahasan and Abdulrahman (or maybe Abdurrahim). From Türkiye with love, Ömür.

The hotel isn’t in a great location for walking to amenities. Hotel reception and security staff were helpful. Tawfik in the restaurant deserves all the best things, he was so welcoming and made us very comfortable. 2 members of the pool staff were also great, Odei and Golam. However, the restaurant food standard wasn’t incredible. The manager didn’t deal well with some of the issues the female members of our staff had. We welcomed a discussion, but they seemed to just want to complain about us. Overall, an okay stay, but not up to the 4* rating of the hotel.

It’s a perfect hotel with good services. Good welcome at the reception with a beautiful smile every time. Room service very good and most important housekeeping perfect. I was staying at 9th floor there was a housekeeping boy his name is SABBIR he’s doing his job perfectly and very nice. I really appreciate his work.
