The hotel isn’t in a great location for walking to amenities. Hotel reception and security staff were helpful. Tawfik in the restaurant deserves all the best things, he was so welcoming and made us very comfortable. 2 members of the pool staff were also great, Odei and Golam. However, the restaurant food standard wasn’t incredible. The manager didn’t deal well with some of the issues the female members of our staff had. We welcomed a discussion, but they seemed to just want to complain about us. Overall, an okay stay, but not up to the 4* rating of the hotel.

Visited this hotel yesterday to attend a meeting with the client Following are the observations 1) the meeting room C was fine and well enough to accommodate around 20-25 attendees and equipped with all multimedia functionalities 2) just outside to the meeting room, there is an area for refreshments and completely isolated with the meeting room activities. 3) the restaurant is located at the same floor as meeting room i-e floor 1, the savory items were cold and non-fresh however the salad and the dessert bar were reasonable and tasteful. 4) the staff was active and cooperative

It's just ok , stayed 2 nights at this hotel during the summer, the location of this hotel are 25mins away from jeddah airport and it's a bit new hotel, there is few places around if you wanna go out somewhere walking but will take around 15mins. There is also a mall nearby and some other facilities. 3 stars because of their service needs to be improved .
