Worth hôtel ever in dammam Poorly trained staff at restaurant borderline with un professional and educated Definitely not recommend this hotel with this level of service

My mum tried the open buffet And it was terrible Firstly there was not spoon and plates so when I needed to get spoon I didnot find I started eating with my hand Secondly there is no enough main dish and even some of them are empty there where so much vegetables but I payed 50 dollar not for vegetables and green things,like I went to eat something I didnot find Thirdly it doesn't deserve 10 dollars like go to شاهزادا less money and more food personally I will choose to eat at burger king 4_the tables are so small and there is no enough light 5_when I didnot find anything to eat I tried to eat desert but guess what it was also not good And some young girls where taking above them like I didnot pay 50 dollars for desert with girls spiting on them 6-there was not enough of everything only tea and cucumber Thanks for wasting my money

Very bad service. One minute after check out time, the staff came to our room with ATM machine to pay extra or leave the room. I’ve been to many hotels internationally but never seen anything like this. Will never come back again for sure and don’t recommended

The hotel is nightmare, the check in took almost 20 minutes even the lobby was empty and me only there, and this when started the worst night in hotel ever, I booked non-smoking room and they put me in smoker room, the toilet was broken and not working, I requested to change the room and they answered this not possible. I talk to booking and they take care of it and finally they change the room after 2 hours. I was ready to drop half the price and cancel this reservation. The worst thing is the Reception, if you call them to request smallest thing they will not do it. Now I'm stuck for almost 35 minutes waiting for someone to collect my bags, worst hotel ever, I will never come back to this hotel

Came into the place with my family expecting a very good experience considering the very beautiful atmosphere. Tried the food and it completely changed my mind about the place. The food is inedible. Some of the food was old and even going bad! The smell of the food on its own is appalling. It’s a shame that such a place of its caliber has such low food quality. Terrible experience.
