Very nice hotel,Professional&friendly staff specially Mr.Mohammed AlShammary,The evening shift Receptionist. Clean&nice facilities inside the room,V.good locatin on one of the main roads in riyadh ;Imam Abdulla ibn Saud Road,V.near Atyaf mall&15 minutes drive to Nakheel mall.Breakfast is tasty,with good varieties.OverAll nice experience

Very bad, never again and will never recommend it. Very poor customer service by Mohammad (Reception Manager), they lie and they don’t consider any emails or services confirmed by Booking. Had to complain to Booking and their Head-office which took hours to receive a call by manager and hardly accept the fact and service that i got it confirmed by email earlier. Poor breakfast ( 2 stars) and very loud noise from the street. Dirty and no fresh towels or bed covers and they smell bad.

This hotel is my personal best in Riyadh. The room is so lovely and well decorated and you'll find everything you need. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. From now on, this hotel will be my first choice whenever I need a couple of nights in Riyadh.
