Very bad, never again and will never recommend it. Very poor customer service by Mohammad (Reception Manager), they lie and they don’t consider any emails or services confirmed by Booking. Had to complain to Booking and their Head-office which took hours to receive a call by manager and hardly accept the fact and service that i got it confirmed by email earlier. Poor breakfast ( 2 stars) and very loud noise from the street. Dirty and no fresh towels or bed covers and they smell bad.

This hotel is my personal best in Riyadh. The room is so lovely and well decorated and you'll find everything you need. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. From now on, this hotel will be my first choice whenever I need a couple of nights in Riyadh.

It's my first time in Riyadh and I'm glad a chooses this hotel for my stay, great receptionist and so welcoming vibe everywhere, the breakfast buffet is good and tasty, the prices are great and the room service is nice. Highly recommended if you want a place near the airport and some great cafes and restaurants around you ???
