Receptionist Mr Eissam was resourceful and quick to service. 👍🏻 The rooms’s furniture is outdated and needs renewal. Bathroom was clean but had a bad smell. The lights give a gloomy sensation to the room. It is accessible to several near by caffes and services.

We stay a night there is NO hot water in washroom and in Breakfast they just want to clean very poor service they can’t smile

Lobby is nice. But the carpet in the room is very old and dirty. The water pressure is very bad for the shower. The internet is so weak it can not be used.

It wasn’t the experience I expected ❤️‍? ?Disadvantages: ?The room was facing the street and while I sleeping, it was like I’m sleeping on the street. Very noisy and not comfortable at all. ?TV very small and you can’t see something for few minutes and it’s getting disconnected rapidly ? ?The toilet is very small and tiny up to the point that the door won’t be open fully ? ? ?Want to gets a shower ? ?? Forget about the hot water. You need to open the tap to get normal temperature water? . ?For the breakfast, it was included in my reservation, you will be charged and have to pay for the filter coffee ❤️‍?☕️ ❗️” This the weirdest and awkward moment I have seen in a hotel globally ⚠️? ?The level of the breakfast doesn’t reflect the hotel identity and the number of stars. Very normal and below average ❤️‍?? ? “ NO croissant ?❗️” Overall Experience: 5/10 Thank you ?? ?
