Pretty decent place in central location. Friendly staff and housekeeping team made the stay comfortable. Mr. Rafique from Housekeeping manager went above and beyond to help us with extra blankets for cold Taif nights.

The room size was not right, I booked a 40 square room in booking, but it was not more than 28 Square. when I asked them they said it is a mistake in booking and we can not change it.

Overpriced for the lack of amenities and services. The hotel appears nice, but finishes are minimal. For a nice hotel having Lipton tea and cheap products are disappointing. The parking is free, but extremely tight and hard to navigate. The parking was also blocked for part of the night when we returned to the hotel. We had to wait for the reception for more than an hour to speak about the blocked parking. The bathrooms are also Poorly designed. The showers leak and get water all over the floor. Also the wifi is weak and does not work in the bedrooms. We had room cleaning but they only surface cleaned and did not do a full job. All of these details make this hotel extremely overpriced for terrible quality.
