Check in was smooth. They were accomodating to provide us a late check out because we checked in at midnight. Room was pretty decent. Clean and comfortable. The snacks kept in room and drinks in the fridge are chargeable. Food was decent, mostly arabic. Check out was smooth. Would recommend for family with kids.

Not real as shown in pictures. No Wifi functioning during my stay. No network coverage (Zain & Mobily) inside the rooms. Check out procedure was horrible, receptionist doesn't give importance to customer. Keeps waiting n waiting until u open up... Things I liked it is Good Welcoming from Mr. Sultan in Reception. Giod Breakfast.

Very bad experience 100% no credibility.... I call the hotel weeks ago before my travel i ask for reservation and that was confirmed . I travel by land For almost 5 hours very tired then when I arrived to the hotel the staff say i dont have reservation i show to him everything i said blah blah like that then he says they have 1 vacant then i check it but the air-conditioned is very noisy so i decide to back out then i check other hotel almost an hour before i found new one cuz all hotels fully booked. Then after 12 hours this hotel they call me many times for what????????? Im so upset with this hotel.

Good hotel with reasonable price including parking and breakfast. But it was strange to know that the tea items provided inside the room are not free. Be aware and check with them before consuming.

Worst ever hotel. Worst service. Unresponsible staff. My room open all day when i came i saw room still dirty and room is open. Condition of room is unsatisfactory.
