Highly unsatisfied with this level of service and unprofessionalism of the staff.The place wasn’t to my liking and not to mention the sink which is outside the toilet. Safe to say I won’t be visiting this place anytime soon and neither recommend anyone to.

I stayed here only for 1 night, the rooms and the hotel overall is clean, which is great. Their facilities are in good condition. Their complementary breakfast is not great but is fair enough. In general, what you receive is fairly good compared to the price you pay

Too old facility, the key does not work very well, taking much time to open the door You’d better check the snacks at mini bar, because some maybe already opened. They charged me 15 SAR even thought I didn’t even touch any snack just because it was opened previously Breakfast is very simple

The location is very nice. The hotel is good. The room furniture is old, sofa inside room are damaged. AC are old. AC remote doesn't work properly. Breakfast is average all day same food. Good for the Business Travelers. No gym. Swimming pool is small. Parking is huge. For dinner and lunch all restaurant all around. Staff are co operative. The important thing is that you need to mind the steps, always use elevator, the steps are slipy and I noticed two incident in one week.
