My room stinks ?!!! Plus it is supposed to be Non Smoking, but it is not!!! My neighbors are smoking and the horrible smell is entering my room ??? They only provided items for 1 person (such as soap and toothbrush, and slippers). I am totally uncomfortable here!!! There is supposed to be a kitchen in the room, ? I am still searching for it ????!!! This is the worst hotel I stayed at in a very very long time!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had. The hotel staff are very rude. They cancelled our reservation before we arrived to the hotel without notice because they said we were late. We had to find a hotel last minute which was very stressful for my family. I don’t recommend booking here!!!

We traveled with my wife UAE and Saudi Arabia and stayed at 3 star hotels. This place is definitely not 3-star hotel. It is 1 star or maximum 2-star hotel. There is no carpet on the floor, no breakfast (even for money), and in the shower the only place you put your toiletries is the floor.
