Venchi is a chocolate & gelato shop that has existed since 1878. It is one of the most exquisite cafes located on the busy streets of Jeddah. The calm & peaceful atmosphere inside makes it the best choice to hang out with your friends while sipping on your favorite milkshake or enjoying your gelato. Along with gelato & shakes, the restaurant offers different sizes of chocolate trays to gift your loved ones on special occasions. Rubbish customer service. One staff member was so lost he didn't know what he was doing and how to serve customers. It's not opposite Cartier like they mention so no clear location and we got lost. Gelato was less than average. We had two cones with 2 scoops of gelato each and they cost 26 riyals each. We then had a tiny cup with one scoop of gelato and that was 34 riyals! Ridiculous. All in all a bad experience and I definitely do not recommend and won't be visiting again.

It was good but have had better gelato honestly. The place is understaffed, it needs more staff for a quicker service as the poor guy there was handling everything and everyone at once. Hope the owner sees to it and provides more staffing

The best gelato place in Jeddah! My all-time favorite flavor is cremino, which is basically hazelnut with chocolate. I like it in the cone that's coated with chocolate and crushed hazelnuts. It's pricey, but worth it. They also sell chocolates (unwrapped and wrapped). Friendly staff and good parking spots in front of the store.
