Won’t be coming to this branch again. I don’t trust it. 🤢 I was VERY uncomfortable eating here as the place swarms with flies. PLEASE resolve this infestation as the ambience is wonderful but became pointless to visit as the flies swarmed all over my order and table. The waiter did place cloves/cinnamon to the table but it doesn’t solve anything. A fly infection makes me doubt the restaurant’s cleanliness as well. PLEASE invest in a permanent solution rather than a temporary one. I was excited to try Umbrella from their advertisements and was underwhelmed and bothered towards the end. The only redeemable thing about this branch is their service. The food is mediocre.

Had brunch at Umbrella with the family when it was crazy busy. The staff was a bit all over the place, and the tables were practically on top of each other. Slow service tested our patience – took a while to get seated and even longer to order. The food was good, though kinda cold. Honestly, I liked their older spot way better.

I don't know what's their obsession with sugar. But every dish I tried had so much sugar it was so sweet I couldn't stand it. Who makes a chicken sandwich this sweet?? And the waiters keep bothering you. The place is pretty so thats the only good thing.
