Tim Coffee cafe is a very nice place with a great view that faces outside. It is great for people visiting Jeddah. Tim Coffee is unique and excellent at providing specialized coffee and arabic coffee in the purest, most beautiful and greatest spot.

Very bad customer service . I ordered a got french vanilla and took one sip and didn't like it so I wanted a refund or replacement they refused . I will report it ???

If u guys are coming here for coffee it’s fine theirs cookies and cream is not good if u buy it from the place of where they sell juice they call it milkshake Oreo it’s for 8 riyal and it tastes better here it’s the same but price is 24 riyals??? Like why u don’t give us any premium chocolate or cookies it’s Oreo charge us less then

Bought a dozen donuts from them today and while enjoying our donuts, found a strange print on one of their donuts (see picture). I'm pretty sure it's a rat's footprint, disgusting! Went back to return the whole box, and the guy refused to acknowledge that it's from a rodent, suggesting that it's a natural glaze print. When we asked him to return the whole box, he rudely refused saying that he couldn't refund it since 2 of the donuts were half-eaten. Is this the level of customer service this international chain provides to its customers!? I have visited this branch twice and have had a miserable experience both times!
