I have ordered one time only and was disappointed. First, all worker who serve at orders preparation are not wearing gloves, even on one hand, also, I will reflect my experience in details: Order: was 1 kg mix grill (kabab, kufta, shugaf) and mixed appetizers The grill, especially shugaf too dry and somehow hard to chew; the order will take 20 min to prepare, and I was there about on time. The mixed appetisers not sealed good, so some of the appetiser oil spoiled on my car seat. Appetisers are not that much tasty just an ordinary one that less that most of the Resturant of the same class. When I reach the Resturant the Last, I don't recommend it in case you have a big feast or guests, it just suiting a regular meal for a typical day. I hope supervisors revise all these issues.

They have really amazing food. They deliver on time. Usually are on Free Delivery on Rafeeq at lunchtime. Very friendly and polite staff. Me and my friends love Shawarmas from here.

I had a fantastic experience the first time and stayed for four days. So good, I came a second time. The second time I came for a flight layover and they said they had a room. When I arrived they said it had been booked. They then gave me a room on the first floor, it was so noisy I could hear everything at the concierge. I couldn’t sleep and the shower water was cold. Then when I checked out the receptionist accused us of not paying (we showed the payment through the bank) because the previous receptionist didn’t log it into the system only on paper. It was quite humiliating. Staff need more training to not wrongfully accuse customers, & do not stay on the first floor. Other than that it is a very good stay.
