Best hyderabadi biryani in jeddah but worst service and worst management. They don’t care about customers and every day there is a shortage of biryani by 10.30pm and once you order then you cant order again and same on weekend. At least on weekends they should keep biryani available till 12.30-1AM most of the customer return back due to non availability of biryani.

We visited the Khana Khazan after a long time to recall our meals related memories, but to be honest it was kind of disappointing. We reached there on 12:00 noon but the restaurant manager didn’t let us entered the restaurant saying that it is closing right now and reopen at 1:00. Even they didn’t give parcels for the take aways. Although we were having many options to dine in or take away, we persisted to wait and dine in. Anyhow, they opened late. And served the order even after approximately half an hour. The food was average and didn’t have the previous quality or taste. Overall a disappointment!

Waiters are good welcoming but only issue with the Rude cashier. Doesn't talk politely with customers nor allow customers to tip the waiters which is their right. Whereas food is good and tasty but biryani quantity is not sufficient for one person nor its justify the price.

Only the food is good not the staff. They have lot of attitude I dont know why and also when we ask for the bill they just tell you verbally the bill amount . The actual bill is not presented specially in family section .
