Khana Khazana good restaurant but from couple of years, service is very bad. We (Me with my friends) are regular customers for lunch and dinner, and we stopped since the incident happens with us 2 to 3 times, In biryani we found hair and complained with no response from them( waiters, cashiers etc) instead we got a rude behavior from waiter, and the cashier not even guilty nor pleasing. Any how it was a bad experience for me and now Alhamdulillah we are happily going to another restaurants and we are satisfied. if you need any good restaurants then can contact me on message.

Not like before service not good at all and dishes price are very high and didn't even taste that good order 2 biryani in one its was only 2 bone and white rice.....when we complain no response.... before it was very good but now its not worth at all to visit

Name and fame of this restaurant is high. We went with this expectation and tried chicken, mutton biryani, and Chicken 65. First 2 failed when compared with similar restaurants around in Azizia, Jeddah. Staff are like they are doing great favour by serving you. It's time the management start the process of review and regain it historic famous style of food, customer service and attention.

They pay no attention to your request. I just brought home a pack of spices and some rice in the name of Biryani. Although I did mention less spicy, I am extremely upset with the way my order was handled. They know their food is good but shouldn't take things for granted. I now hesitate to go there.....for me it's a no till they start respecting their old customer like me.....

The service is not good. Came for Iftar, till 7:30 there was no order ready for the iftar. But the food taste is good.
