We stayed here for 12 nights. The hotel duty manager was extremely helpful & professional (we didn't get her name). She upgraded us to a very nice room after few nights we stayed in the previous room due to the faulty facilities in the bathroom. Their team members are great. Great housekeeping service by the housekeeping team mates Muhammad Idris & Jashim. The room was clean, nice & tidy. The only downside was the bridge was closed, and we had to walk up & downhill for each fard salah. Not recommended for elderly or with children as we had to walk by the roadside. Abit dangerous, and one has to be careful while walking up/downhill. Hope the bridge will be fixed soon. Otherwise, the stay was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our 12 nights stay with the hotel. Thank you to the Sheraton hotel team! Insya'Allah, we will be back!

The hotel is very basic and honestly isn't worth its rates. The only good thing was their breakfast buffet. Rooms are average and no view. The main pain point is the location at the highest mountain peak and they don't provide shuttle busses or any other means of transportation. You had to climb down the mountain to al haram for every prayer and climb back to your room which was very exhausting.

Good hotel and good staff. Only rooms were bit old. They need to renovate it. Also the cakes in the cafe were not fresh at all. I don't know, but maybe thats the standard of Saudi. Location was a little bit too far from Haram. But other than that very good breakfast! So much variety. Cleaned the rooms every day.

We arrived at the hotel well before midday and was pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in. The lady at reception was so kind to even give us an upgrade as it was our first time for Umrah. Wow I was so gobsmacked! They were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was really nice.

Couldn’t ask for anything more of a hotel, perfect location, service and amenities, very high standards throughout the building , room was also upgraded which was really appreciated after travelling for 24 hours
