Description

Al-Saddah is a traditional Arabic restaurant that offers excellent taste and service. They have the best traditional rice in Jeddah. They provide an experience with a beautiful and colorful atmosphere. In addition, they have traditional Middle Eastern fare and to-go dishes inspired by Arabic food.

The menu includes Lamb mandi and kunafa that are truly the best. The restaurant consists of lounge seating with some of the most unique traditional decor pieces & a beautiful ambiance. Al Saddah Restaurant Terrible experience

It was my first time in Jeddah and stayed at the hotel and decided to order online from Hungry station app. I went through Al Saddah Restaurant menu and order for their chicken madhbi. My colleague who is the one paying it online noticed after that there is service fee. The service fee is fine but the food I ordered cost 28 Sar and the service fee is 20 Sar??? It seems I paid double the price of what I have ordered? I called their number and tell them I would like to cancel my order but they said it’s not allowed. In the order status it showing they cancelled my order as the location is not serviceable but the driver came not less than 20mins. When I received my order the driver insisted to give him additional 3 Sar. This is ridiculous I am not happy with the service charge and then I need to pay for additional fee???? I will never recommend this restaurant it’s really a terrible experience wherein I am first time here in Jeddah. I am very disappointed!

Mistakenly went to this restaurant and totally disappointed, as food was expansive, very small portions and cold, paid 176 riyals for these two plates. Each plate has three lamb pieces on it and two of the pieces were just bone Not worth of money avoid if you can

Ordered Mandi (lahim) for 88 SAR, without any sides, overpriced for the amount of meat received. For this price you could get 4 course meal at top restaurants.

Worst experience ever, the person on the family counter does not know how to deal with customers. His attitude like want or leave. Regarding food, meat is good but rice is pathetic simple boil rice. Need to purchase separate spicy sauces nothing come along.
