Description

Al Liwan restaurant is in Radisson Blu Hotel Jeddah Plaza. Atmosphere is nice and calm. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The sessions in the restaurant are excellent. They have coffee, pizza, sandwiches and burgers etc. The decor is very beautiful and nice . You can also enjoy coffee in the swimming pool area. Delicious breakfast with mouth watering taste. It is located near Al Salam mall, 6km from the King Saud Mosque, Jeddah.

I informed the receptionist that i will extend my reservation at the hotel and he confirmed that. After five days they informed me that i can't extend because my room was already booked and i will not be able to extend "without asking me if i confirm the extend or not". After i left this hotel i known that they increase the prices because the event of Formula 1 that's why they didn't let us extend our reservation,and i suffered a lot to book another hotel. I informed my company and i made a complaint.I advice any one to book a long period and he can make check out any time to avoid that problem.or to book another hotel that respect their guests. Also the staff there not kind,the breakfast was not bad .and the room service restaurant is so expensive and bad Not bad
