The Riyadh Sports Boulevard project is designed to become the longest linear park globally, connecting Wadi Hanifa in the western part of Riyadh to Wadi Al Sulai in the eastern region, covering a distance of 135 kilometers.

Arts District

The Arts District extends for 3 km, offering cultural, art, and recreational facilities. It includes pedestrian, cycling, and horse-riding paths, sitting areas, and a collection of museums, libraries, studios, art forums, conference halls, and investment locations.

Urban Wadi Zone

The Urban Wadi Zone covers a distance of 3.5 km and features a water canal. In addition to pedestrian pathways, bike paths, seating areas, and potential investment areas, it also connects to the King Abdullah Financial District through an elevated road.

Entertainment District

The Entertainment District spans a distance of 4 km, featuring a 40 km long viaduct for professional cyclists, a track for amateur cycling, a theater, cinema complexes, an outdoor movie theater, event sites, and interactive audio-visual shows. 

It also includes parks, gardens, and open spaces equipped with a cooling system for the summer season.

Athletics District

The Athletics District extends for 5 km and features 60 sports sites, including 16 football pitches, 18 covered courts for basketball and tennis, 12 courts for volleyball, and a venue for skiing. It also includes a high-rise Sports Tower with courts for various sports.

Environmental Zone

The Environmental Zone runs for 14 km, featuring a route for professional cyclists and one for amateur cyclists. 

It also includes tracks for pedestrians and joggers, centers for educating residents on planting flowers and environmental sustainability, residential complexes, retail outlets, coffee shops, restaurants, and nurseries for seed development and organic food production.

Al Sulai Valley Zone

The Al Sulai Valley Zone spans 53 km and features routes for professional cycling, horse riding, and green pedestrian pathways. It also includes 15 stations along the valley, coffee shops, retail outlets, a bike maintenance center, and picnic and camping areas.

Red Sand Park

The Red Sand Park is a rural resort with residential facilities, a zoo, and a distinctive landmark – a curved cycling track shaped like a flower, gradually rising 50 meters above the ground. It also features an equestrian center, horse-riding trails, a visitor center, rest areas, and gathering points for cyclists.

The Diriyah Company, in partnership with Ritz-Carlton, has announced its upcoming launch of high-end branded residences in Saudi Arabia. These luxurious Ritz-Carlton Residences will be located in the bustling heart of the $63 billion Diriyah Giga project in Riyadh.
