I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Views Hotel, Views standards are the best class standards, Receptionist at day and night were with clear information. The hotel provides great quality service. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel team had definitely devote their best effort in showing their concern for our comfort. Thanks to Front Office, Laundry Team, Housekeeping Team, Kitchen and Service Team, Engineering Team. Top level facilities and excellent staff make for a brilliant environment within which to operate. The hotel is meticulous in its planning, providing excellent décor, signage and the like. I recommend Views Hotel to anybody enquiring. Thanks a lot for making my stay the best of all time.

I loved the place, Specious room friendly staff, room service are perfect, receptionist were very polite & helpful, definitely I will be back, highly recommended for friends & family.

I missed my flight due to bad communication between the staff. Upon check in we requested our transport back to the airport and we were asked to call 9 hours prior. We did and the staff who answers assured that it was booked. We went down to reception ourselves and assured again. We called in the following morning and we were assured. By 8:30 am we came to the lobby and were assured again that the car would arrive by 9:00 am. We left the hotel 9:20 am after a long discussion between the transport personnel and the reception due to miscommunication, which ended up having me miss my flight. ?

A very nice hotel with good views as the name, with a nice location in KAEC there's two restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. The rooms are nice however some are different in different floors, the marina view room is nice and bigger. The service is wonderful specially the room service and Mr Daya helped me on how to use the self service washing/drying machines and his service was excellent and professional.
