Good location. Unbelievably overpriced. The vast majority of the staff are absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, there are a very few whose miserable attitude to guests spoil the place and undo all the positives of the good staff. Food is overpriced, unimaginative and not very good. The web site contains little information of any use and seems to be a forum for settling tribal disputes with its disclaimer about unsubstantiated reports. Come on - focus on doing a good job, not milking the place for money. Surely this is not the Navajo way.

It has the potential to improve, I stayed for three nights, and my room was not made up not even once, although I have been requesting throughout my stay period. Staff were not professional at all, wether with dealing with my situation, or with welcoming guests. And they were not representable at all. The good things about this hotel, is that the price is good, and the furniture is new, and it has a good location close to a lot of tourist attractions.
