Very disappointing as there is no clarity in the booking process and the room provided was disappointing to say the least. There was no contact number available in the site. Better to camp if you’re looking for a good site to enjoy in Qalhat or sur. Not at all professional and only for those who are looking for a cheap stayover for a night.

We were welcomed by Fatima with several useful information, the owner is very helpful. The rooms were clean. the guesthouse has a beautiful view to the sea and terrace for relax after a tour to wadi nearby.

The guesthouse is very clean and well maintained and staff and the owner are extremely nice and friendly. The view to the sea on one side and on the mountains on the other side Is absolutely fantastic! It is conveniently located 15 minutes away from Wadi Shab and 25 minutes approx. from Sur.

Needed a place to stay while touring Oman on my bicycle, the staff and owner at Alshumukh couldn’t be more helpful, there’s a beautiful view of the beach from the terrace and small cooking area I could use. Room was well equipped and very clean. A very nice experience…
