Rooms and service are good pool is small not the best but not the worst

I wouldn’t give this 1 star as well.. since we did make use of this resort I am.. it’s the worst resort No towels kept, no slippers no heated water in the pool. We told them to turn on the heater at 2.30 pm, he said it will take about 3-4 hrs to use the pool. At 6pm he says he forgot to turn on the heater. Then till 9pm the water was still chilly cold. Maybe they have kept the heater in low. Even if I want to complain or want to ask something needed there was nobody at the desk, they had closed the office n left. My kids cried n slept. Next morning the water was to room temperature and we used the pool. There is a open big pool with play area You cannot enter As we have to pay separate. What’s the use of paying that amount n getting to play just swings.. wouldn’t recommend it to any
