Park Hotel Baljurashi

I was looking for accommodation for just one night, there where a few properties that I was considering, the National Park Hotel just seemed to tick all the boxes. Good size free secure carpark. Front desk staff where very nice and polite. Nice size lobby, very clean and free lemon water. Good size room, pity my twin was only 2 single beds as there was definitely enough space for to double beds. Toilet was compact but clean and the shower was very good. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning with a good spread. Overall very happy with my experience. Thank you National Park Hotel.

This is one of the best places if not the best in this city and this region! The location is great, the view is nice and it’s over seeing Buljurashi,s National park. The setup of the units is great and is up to the four stars of this hotel. We have taken a royal suite for a night that occupied seven adults, and we were more than happy with the layout and the setup of the entire unit. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced, and there is plenty of parking space. My four stars is for a couple of problems, the reception and attendance at the outdoors café were all new recruits. This had a direct effects on our experience during the check in and when we went for a late lunch at the café, and I think someone with enough experience can handle orders from a large number of people in a much more professional way than what we had. Finally, because this hotel is located on a major road, Noise from the road can be annoying at night especially if you want to sleep while the windows are open.

9/10 compared to international brand hotels, great hotel, 9/10 regarding client servicing, great manager, modern hotel & very pleasant welcoming, had to change date of booking for emergency situation, the Manager accepted the request in a click and my booking was postponed to another date, the rooms are great, amenities are great too, restaurant of the hotel is nice, staff are so so so nice too, grilled taouk look like fajitas with rice but it was tasty

The best hotel in All AlBaha area, Receptionist are exceptional. I intend to visit every time I pass through AlBaha INSHAALLAH.
