Terrible place, rude and unhelpful staff, deserves zero stars. Complete lack of understanding or wilful disregard of basic hospitaility business principles. Under its current management I cannot imagine this place ever becoming truly profitable for the owners. I feel sorry for customers who have booked this hotel, be prepared to be disappointed.

Pathetic experience in the hotel. The floor staffs are very rude and complete unprofessional Bangladeshi peoples. My family stay for 5 days and asking for water and tea on urgent for my kids, they are always taking 6-8 hours to deliver the basic items and even sometime they don't deliver after 100s of call and stop responding. I saw a girl was crazy when I was speaking with the staffs about my issues. The girl also has the same problem with the floor staffs. It was mistake to book this hotel especially for family. Worst experience. Also they deliver lunch at 4pm after 100s of call. Guys pls don't book such unprofessional hotels with staff.

Whenever you call housekeeping to this hotel it takes time to come and sometimes they are not coming! One day i called for housekeeping around 2 o'clock in the afternoon to clean my room because its almost 2 weeks im staying in my room and kust one time i called hsk to clean my roo. , until evening no one came to clean my room staff are unprofessional specially housekeeping!!! They are always providing wrong information!!!!!
