The first thing I found in one of the rooms was ants, the bed, and I asked them to change the mattress, and no one responded to me other than this. Only one of the air-conditioned rooms is ruined, it does not cool and drips, and their word has no response at all. They sent me an employee who saw it and came out, and the third thing is the TV remote that does not press! The service is very bad for a five star hotel, I will never repeat the visit first and last time ❌❌

The bed is a champion... The furniture is quite good... The lobby is tidy.. Lots of parking.. Excellent and clean... The disadvantage is that it is a little far from the city center, one elevator, and orders are not executed quickly

The hotel is beautiful and tidy in terms of decoration and lighting. To be honest, it is a great and elegant job, and everything you need is available. There is a person in the reception who is kind, helpful and professional in his dealings and style, completely unlike the Syrian one. The price is high, and in their hands, they reduce you and they have powers, but do not expect anything other than from the children of your country to see the good. It is impossible for foreigners to settle this thing for you if he has the O2 to lock you in the atmosphere. Unfortunately, most of the workers and the receptionists here are foreigners. They do not know where the Ministry of Tourism is about this thing and the settlement of jobs, but I will file a report regarding Saudization. I mean, I expect the owner to look like a foreigner, and the reciprocity is always nice and fair, avoiding any conflict and taking your right. Good luck

Wonderful hotel apartments, I stayed for a day, it was a successful experience. The bed is comfortable, the furniture is clean, and the room is equipped with almost everything you need.. But the most beautiful of all is the presence of Brother Nizar at the reception, a cheerful man who provides you with everything you need and you hear nothing but good words from him, and if I come back to live again, he will be one of the reasons for my return.
