Nice resort. Great idea with great location. Great view with sea, pool and grass lounge.
Very expensive and unworthy for money, and this covers all services, very expensive and unworthy for money.
Despite the big charged amount, the minibar was empty, there was no even a bottle of water, the thing that leads to another negative which is the room service; I called the room service to inform them and to fill the minibar as supposed but the phone operator was careless and she seemed uninterested in her job, and after other two calls and more than two hours they brought only 2 small bottles of water and they were hot!. Again with the room service, I had same experiment in addition to delay to deliver an order I made for more than 1 hour.
Other negatives, the phone and electric devices were either broken or old. The bathroom towels were few. They need pest control as they have cockroaches especially from and around the pool.
Restaurant and food were good, and the main waiter was cooperative by serving me in the terrace despite it was closed as I wanted to enjoy my meal there but I couldn't and I could only enjoy my coffee there.
Check-in and out were good regularly with good receptionists.
