Everything was fine, but the pillows were a little hard. Our trip was very wonderful with this beautiful hotel and the wonderful staff. Juri at the reception was very nice and smiling all the time. Thank you for this beautiful hotel and beautiful room

Modern design and excellent service. I tried to find something to suggest improvement on, but everything was very well done . Yes it might at times be a littlenmore expensive than other offerings ...but the value is top notch. Rooms are nice, some have patios to sit outside in the evening. Make sure you get your booking with breakfast included. (The breakfast here is better than anything I've had in 5 star hotels in US/Canada ) The service is great all round. No parking issues. Pool has a smaller section for kids. Seems to be popular with professionals from multi Nationals visiting the country as well. This goes straight to the top of the list for staying in Jeddah!

Actually I have booked an appointment with Mr. Farahat. And I couldn’t went for a certain reason because of that conversation with him. I promised him will be there. As the conversation was so positive from his side. And I will visit this place for sure. And will get more of the amazing pictures could reflect the image deserve this brand. From here I would recommend to visit this site for more touchable images. Wish them good luck. I would like to thank the hero of this place. Mr Bandar Alharbi. Whom is working In security services. For his passion in service and his dedication and attitude. I wish he accepted my special gratitude. As I promised previously to add some pictures I wish it reached the acceptance level.

Location is good and no parking issue. Front desk were courteous. Room was specious and pool view. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had variety and tasty. Staff was professional and hospitable. They will come and ask if I need something. Overall it was a good stay.
