Mora Hotel

mora coffe staff is very annoying and talk on phone a lot and loudly I hope the manager or the owner pick people who gives good service and willing to serve with a smile

I recently stayed in Mora Hotel for one night. The hotel staff at reception and cafe shop were really kind and helpful. The food and drinks in the cafe shop was delicious and well presented. The rooms are clean and the ambience is also good. The location of the hotel is great since it is near to the corniche. The only issue was that, there were no water bottles, body lotion, iron box and clothe hangers in the wardrobe at the room that was provided to me. The water bottles were provided on request and it was only of quantity 220ml. Also there was no directory to contact the reception or other facilities like restaurant or laundry. The restaurant menu was not available in the room. The automatic shoe polisher at the reception area was not working. I feel that if the hotel could improve their amenities and include the missing products it will be better.

· Breakfast - The very basic breakfast didn't even provide proper hot beverages or cutlery. Supposed to be a roof top "high end' restaurant, but coffee was Nescafe sachets served in paper cups. no metal cutlery- only plastic spoons and forks. Rooms - didn't looks very clean. the bedsheets barely covered the beds. Even the toilet was poorly maintained and we were not provided with any towels, until you called the reception and asked for it. Staff - Very grumpy and unfriendly looking staff. Not a smile or welcoming look in sight. I was also very rudely woken at 5AM (even though I has a Do Not Disturb sign on my door, by a staff who shoved towels at me, even though I never asked for any. He wasn't even apologetic. Just shoved the towels at me - not the best way to be woken up- especially at FIVE AM !!! Overall - Not at all up to any star standard. very very disappointed
