Millennium Hotel Hail

The hotel has a lot of potentials that are not used. The hotel operator lacks a lot of experience. In general, I have observed that receptionists are welcoming but not informed about the hotel procedures. Each employee can give different feedback. Housekeeping is not up to the standard neither in the room nor around the hotel facilities. I stayed for almost 15 days and have observed my findings for the hotel to improve its services because what I saw was a waste of resources indeed. Swimming pool was not clean too for a 5 stars hotel. The hotel management should invest in quality management whereby each room should be checked before it is given to another customer. I had to spend hours waiting to have the hotel maintenance fix the AC and the shower room. I liked the room comfort and quietness. The stuff were supportive and try to show commitment. The breakfast menue was below my expectations but the place was very nice. The furniture is one of the best I have seen.

Very nice place in the middle of nowhere, Sahar at the reception is very cute and welcoming. Rooms are super in Hail/Travel context, breakfast was basic but fair. Recommend, and will keep going there in any travel passing through Hail.

Back in 2020-21 the experience was not what you would expect out of a 5 star Hotel.. but now, with the upgrade in management, the service is tremendously improved on all fronts. The food for thought concept recently introduced at the Hotel, meets and exceeds the expectations of guests. A suggestion is to have speed dial numbers set on room Landlines since all calls are currently routes through reception. After reception duty hours it gets really difficult to order for housekeeping or any other services
