I was waiting outside mena resort after eating dinner in the cafe and no careem car came after 40mins. It was late like 8pm. Ahmed (forgot his last name sorry. Maybe Rashid. A warm big brother in his 50s) from mena resort phone operator team was leaving work in his car. And he stopped to ask me if I need any help. After hearing my challenge getting a car, he generously offered me a ride to Al khobar. It was so nice of him to offer a stranger a ride. On the way he talked about the kingdom and his past travels. He's a genuinely nice guy and showed me the hospitality of the kingdom. Thank you Ahmed if you see this review. Also the cafe offers best chicken wrap ever. Freshly fried by staff at tent cafe. So good and fresh

Service is poor…Their Saudi Manager don’t want to treat us properly. They agreed to do all arrangements before our event, but when we came they refused to do the arrangements.

The place was below average, filthy and the furniture was stained, the place was cold and there were no rugs in the room. When it started to rain the windows were leaking and my child slipped and hurt himself. I would not recommend you to go there unless u r ok with gross uncleaned bathrooms.

Had a business visit, duration of stay was 8 nights. The staff were nice and welcoming. Food was good. Wi-Fi was very good. Room was clean but the floor always felt dusty. There was a bad smell coming from the washroom. AC-Fans were loud and annoying. No in-house laundry. Location is great next to the beach, the sunset view was beautiful. The outdoor area is having a lot of fun activities for family. Overall it was fine experience.
