The apartments are clean but the building is old .. The rooms and the hall are spacious and their design is beautiful, like the houses of the nineties .. Reception is very helpful

Excellent location near Prince Sultan Street and the pedestrian bridge. Reception staff is friendly. Furniture is old and air conditioning needs maintenance.
