Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay

Located in Marasi Drive next to the canal. Great view (from the canal view room). I had a bad experience with front desk in my first visit but I really had great responses from them in my subsequent visits. Rooms are relatively smaller but we'll maintained. Below average breakfast menu for an Indian.

Overall good experience. Checking process was professional, informative and quick. Parking is before the entrance to the lobby. If you miss it, it can get inconvenient. Room is new and clean and decent sized.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional room service provided by Ayesha at Golf Court Hotel Business Bay. From the moment I entered my freshly cleaned room, it was evident that her work was of the highest quality and her attention to detail and genuine care made my stay remarkable.

Stayed here for about a week with a friend. Mr Alphonse the concierge made us feel welcome and was very helpful through out our stay. Very friendly staff generally. Good food in the breakfast buffet. The only reason why I haven't given a 5 star is because one of the receptionists (can't recall her name unfortunately) behaved rudely and didn't make us feel welcome on reaching the hotel after a long flight. She made us feel like we were staying at the hotel for free and didn't pay for our rooms. Also, the restaurants in the hotel are on apps like Eazydiner, but the restaurants refused to accept any bookings and discounts via Eazydiner. The reception may try to use tactics and be smart when it comes to giving you your room, please ensure you're well prepared for this alone.

The staff treat you not only as hotel guest they treat like there home guest. Inside main gate reception, the coridor seating area was awesome for some gossib with friends and family and give you relax . Inside many restaurants also . The swimming pool experience was also great. Must to visit again.
