The pool is open from 8.30 to 18.30, there are very few sunbeds by the pool, they are occupied both day and night because hotel guests keep their belongings there all day. Laundry services are not performed at the hotel, they are performed by a woman who lives on the same street. The all-inclusive bar serves only wine and beer, cocktails or spirits are something you can only dream about. In the bar by the sea, all drinks are paid, the sunbeds are not always occupied until 5 pm, after that they are paid. There is no free internet even at the reception, internet for a week is €15. During the week, the room was cleaned three times. At the reception, everyone is unhappy and practically does not speak English.

One of the best Hotels in Jeddah. I recommend to everyone who has plans to come to Jeddah to book with. Such a great location and valuable price and very helpful great Staff. The management of the hotel are lucky to have this Staff. Thank you for everything ❤️

There are not enough sunbeds and parasol on the beach. The guy who works on the beach is very rude. you have to pay 5 euros for two deckchairs. Very disappointing. Internet in the hotel costs 15 euros and is not good. there are a lot of children at the pool and they are all jumping, it is impossible to swim.

Overall my experience till now of last 2 years are awesome with them, Alhamdulillah. Everything for a Hotel Appartment was found well maintained and up today. Specially oncall requests response from room.

great hospitality and a calming enviroment. very clean and spacious. i especially enjoyed that there is everything that you need arounf you such as restaurants and supermakrets. the cafe has a beautiful view of jeddah and board games which i loved. thank you
