Grand Plaza Al Nuzha

The Bathroom of the Triple room was too small and shower was throwing water at the electric switch board. The triple room was small. The staff was exceptionally helpful, from Reception to the lower staff. Due to it's close proximity to the Masjid gate, lifts were full. So there is a need of more lifts like tube lifts, as I can think of. It was too safe and the hotel cafe in the lobby was amazing with excellent coffee and other savoury plus sweet items. I needed to stay for a couple of more days just to try all the flavours of coffee. But on the other note, overall the place was a good stay for 8 days and we had a nice stay overall. Will In Shaa Allah come again, just because the food at the restaurant just next to it was great. Every kind of shop especially the pharmacy was near. The best being that we were more women folk in a group of 5, it was just a few steps from the Haram's ladies praying area.

this hotel is very near to masjid nabawi, only takes 2 minutes walk. the room is quite clean, so is the bathroom. it have water heater and hairdryer too. there are room facilities such as tv, electric kettle, and fridge. and the food is delicious. overall this hotel is good.

The hotel has no problem, frankly, everything is clean and the receptionists are treated in general perfectly The girl and boy who comes in the morning, they are all perfect and morals and they do not fall short The only problem they were supposed to solve was the internet, it was so unreliable I would like to reduce the price

It's not the first time I live in it. Honestly, the apartments are clean and their treatment is classy. The brother at the reception, Ibrahim, is very helpful, helpful and respectful. May God make him happy, but it needs maintenance. Thanks
