When coming to Istanbul I recommend going to a smaller hotel will probably get better service, we had a few incidents, some were solved but took time, others didn’t. I feel they are understaffed maybe. The breakfast is excellent though.

Hotel was beautiful and great location, room was lovely ? and staff was very helpful. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the fact guests can smoke in closed area…..eg bars and restaurants I feel very sorry for the staff because they have no choice but breathing second hand smoke 24/7. I have stayed in many hotels round the world and never experienced like this.

At the Stella Bar Restaurant the food was very ordinary and the orange juice was not fresh. The 9:30pm live music was excellent. I wanted to get up and dance! The prices were through the roof! The ambience of the internal parts of the hotel is breathtaking. The views out to the Strait were superb.

Please don’t stay at this hotel. If you keep your items in the hotel room, the housekeepers will steal it. They have no honor or dignity. Our jewelry was stolen from our room in CVK. Security does nothing, managers do nothing. Very unsafe hotel. Unsafe!!! Don’t go!!

İ had chance to visit CVK Bosphorus hotel and merely at that time i was fascinated about one of your staff called yasin at reception desk about his attitude and approach based on his problem solving capability rapidly. Therefore, rest of the staff was of course so polite and on the other hand meals were extremely delicious. Thank you so much to entire team which makes my trip so delighted and memorable.
