Booked for 3 nights based on my previous experience staying at Ascot property in Jeddah. Amazingly appointed rooms... good views all round. Highly recommend for long stay with families.

Exceeded my expectations. I took the room with a balcony (more expensive) but it was worth it. I liked that the room had a mini kitchen with a microwave. Friendly staff. The bed is not the most comfortable but fine.

Warm freindly check in by the most beautiful girl in Arabia. Hotel is new. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again. Not many food places nearby so ensure you buy before you get to hotel. There's a shopping centre (closed) next door, is being renovated should reopen soon Taxi to airport cost me 15 riyals. Room had microwave and Plates, cutlery cups.

Closets are too small, back side of hotel is not pretty, there is a dorm with people always watching rooms not facing the street, the service is unfortunately terrible, 16/20 times i recieved the wrong breakfast, 4 times it took more than 45 minutes to prepare, of course i missed it, and hear this: I was charged 150 SR for spilling something on a bed sheet and they couldnt clean it!!!!. Also the dry cleaning is terrible, they ruined one of my suites, and their ironing is aweful
