Friendly stuff and welcoming , fast response to the situation , paying attention to the smallest details, the buffet very good have a variety . i always visit them every time i come ksa . I feel home specially when i order my pillow ☺️

This is my favorite hotel in Jeddah , Very quiet and clean and the best things the customer service should give them more than 5 stars. The breakfast they have different food even for the people are having diet . I can’t say names of the best customer service because all of them doing the best work. Keep going and good luck.

For us it was what we needed. Good place to stay while working. Close to where we needed. Room is clean, breakfast buffet and menu for lunch and dinner. Nice people serving, very friendly and welcoming, a plus.

Great service as always. Al salama branch and the people are genuinely friendly, from the reception to the restaurant staff. Shout out to Jayson who always wears a smile to all his guests which includes myself. Will Definitely keep on choosing this branch for my next business travel. Thank you.

The location is superb, in the middle, and close to everything I needed. l. Staff were great, specifically reception staff. Rooms were also fine. The only thing thing that bothered a little bit is the following: Jeddah doesn't sleep at all, cars driving day and night. So you need good acoustic isolation to make sure that it is silent in the room, but the windows were not of good quality.
