Porters: they are not available from the parking entrance to assist guests with their luggage. Reception: very lazy ladies, and their treatment of newly arrived guests is inappropriate with obvious lying tendencies in conversation. Rooms: very noisy and smelly, very small. Room service: phone extension always says that they are the kitchen!, not the room service!, and asks to redial reception! It was one of the worst experiences ever.

Stayed there for 04 nights last week Ups: -Super friendly staff -Food is great -Ambiance is great -Cleanliness is great -Location is great for someone who wants to live close to airport Downs: -Can get expensive -Rooms are very old and very cramped. - No actual windows in the room, which means no sunlight comes inside or no way you can see outside. One window is there but its not an actual window, so after a day or two you feel claustrophobic.if your someone like me who likes to stand in-front of the window to have a look outside or who likes sunlight coming in, this is not for you.

Good place and good staff. Had a good time. Enjoyed the indian dinner but disappointed with the menu. Options should be increased and briyani cannot be made like fried rice. Improve it plz

Rooms are clean and well supplied. Limited options for Room services. Location is good. Some food joints are nearby, 10 mins walk. Wifi is really bad in rooms

Needs a lot of maintenance work. Room plugs are not working, sink blocked, WiFi signal is so bad in suites. Reception never pick up call, so you got to walk down every time you need something. The coffee machine doesn't work, no milk in the complimentary tea and coffee in the room
